« We recently stayed at Zia Park Hotel & Casino, and unfortunately, it was not the best choice for us. The biggest issue was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. While we understood that smoking was allowed in the casino, the smoke and odor seemed to travel throughout the entire facility.

« The woman who checked me in was very patient and friendly.
Basic room. Bed was comfortable. Towels were a bit scratchy. Shower was lukewarm but did the job.
Card had to be inserted quickly multiple times to unlock.
Ice was dirty. After it melted there were a lot of floaties.
Breakfast left a little to be desired. The food wasn’t warm but they had a microwave to solve that. »
